The beautiful Hyllie has become the centre of southern Malmö, a mixed neighbourhood brimming with life and activity. This is where we are building the office building Origo. It might not be the largest or the flashiest, but it is possibly the best when it comes to the design of the actual office space. A sense of comfort is apparent as soon as you step in the door, with pleasant spaces and individual balconies.
At Origo, we are creating space for some 500 people to work in pleasant and modern premises. It will be comfortable but also highly efficient – an office that soon feels like home. If you move in to Origo, you are guaranteed your own balcony, and plenty of space for work meetings, teleconferences, work lunches or just a nice place to take a break, summers as well as winters. Not to mention the view that we can offer of the growing neighbourhood of Hyllie.
Meetings where it suits you best
The indoor spaces are highly adaptable and variable. There is room for efficient work stations, separate work corners and spacious conference rooms. The kitchen is a bonus, with the large kitchen island as the perfect meeting place. Thanks to our apartment-like format, everyone and everything feels close by. Not too big but not too small, and plenty of natural lighting all day long. Additionally, we offer shared workshop spaces on the ground floor as an extension of your own offices.
Focus on the smart office
Origo is a smart office. This is reflected in all aspects of the building, like the specially designed bicycle garage, with dressing room and shower, or the location, within walking distance to the train and links to the airport. Things that make life a little easier so that you can work with the right energy and focus. Simply put: smart.
As with all of our new-build projects, Origo will be environmentally certified, which means the building has a strong environmental performance in terms of everything from energy consumption to lighting and indoor climate.
