Anticimex to move into Wihlborgs’ new development at Stora Bernstorp
Earlier this year, Wihlborgs signed a lease agreement for a new development project at Sunnanå 12:26, located on the border between eastern Malmö and Burlöv. Wihlborgs can now announce that Anticimex will consolidate its Malmö operations in 1,200 sqm of new, modern premises. The contractor has been appointed and the project is entering its next phase, with occupancy planned for 2027.

Wihlborgs updates the framework of its MTN Program
Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB publishes a supplement to the base prospectus relating to the company’s MTN Program following an increase in the program framework amount from SEK 6,000 m to SEK 9,000 m.

Changes to the Wihlborgs Group Management Team
Wihlborg’s Regional Director in Helsingborg, Magnus Lambertsson, is leaving the Group Management Team after six years in the role and will, as of 1 October, transition into a new position as Business Developer with a particular focus on market development and leasing. The change is part of Wihlborg’s efforts to further strengthen its market presence and its long-term work to develop the right solutions for our customers.

Friskis&Svettis opens new facility at Wihlborgs Fastigheter’ Hyllie property
When Swedish non-profit fitness association Friskis&Svettis opens a new facility in Malmö for the first time in 16 years, it will do so at Bures gata 13 (Bure 2), just steps from Hyllie station. The 670-square-metre facility will open in October, providing a valuable addition for both residents and employees in the area at a time when demand for easily accessible fitness options close to everyday life continues to grow.

Pembert & Company opens new restaurant in Wihlborgs property in Västra Hamnen
The well-established food and event company Pembert & Company, which operates several businesses in Malmö and the surrounding area, is now opening “Lokal 12” at the World Trade Center on Jungmansgatan 12 (Sjömannen 1) in Västra Hamnen, Malmö.

Interim report jan-mar 2026: Continued growth
· Rental income increased 10 percent to SEK 1,150 million (1,045). · Operating surplus increased 9 percent to SEK 800 million (731). · Income from property management increased 12 percent to SEK 520 million (463). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 548 million (431), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 1.78 (1.40).

Wihlborgs develops integrated 10,200 sqm solution for MilDef Group AB
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the defense and security company MilDef to develop a cohesive premises solution comprising the renovation of existing space, the lease of a nearby building, and the construction of a new extension linking the buildings, at Musköten 20 in the Berga area of Helsingborg. This solution will create a functional and efficient whole tailored to Mildef´s growing operations. The lease agreement for the entire facility runs until 2039.
