Subscribing to newsletters, press releases and reports

Only your e-mail address will be processed by Wihlborgs, based on the legal ground of legitimate interest. Your e-mail address will be processed for the distribution of newsletters, press releases and/or reports to you by e-mail in accordance with the subscription for which you have registered.
Your information is processed by e-mail or through the electronic distribution system used by Wihlborgs. When subscribing to newsletters, we will store your data in our customer relations tool. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the EU/EES.
Your e-mail address will not be used for other purposes or shared with other parties.

We will store your personal data for the time required to be able to meet our undertakings in accordance with the subscription. In the event that you inform Wihlborgs that you no longer want to subscribe, your data will be erased within one month from the time of your message.
Fault reporting

The data you registered (name, e-mail address and/or telephone number) will be processed to manage the fault report you made through the contact form. This is necessary for Wihlborgs to act in accordance with your request. We carry out this processing based on a weighing of interests, where we deem that our interest in processing your personal data outweighs your interest in avoiding this processing.
Data will be processed by the relevant property caretaker and/or manager and is stored in our customer relationship system and, as needed, is provided to relevant external contractors involved in the matter.

If you are the contact person for a tenant, your personal data is processed for as long as you are named as the contact person. If you are a private person or an individual firm, your personal data is processed for as long as you are a tenant with us.
We erase your personal data no later than twelve months after the end of the rental relationship, unless we have to save it for a longer period due to legal requirements under, for example, the Accounting Act or if there are rent receivables outstanding, or other legal claims.
Notice of interest and contact forms

When you register your interest for a specific property through Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB’s (“Wihlborgs”) contact form, Wihlborgs will process your personal data and is thus the personal data controller for this information. The same applies when you send a message through our contact form.
The contact information you registered, such as your name, e-mail address and type of premises will be processed for contacting you for a continued discussion about the premises you were interested in. We might also store your data in our customer relations tool in order to contact you regarding other properties that we think might be of interest for you. We carry out this processing based on a weighing of interests, where we deem that our interest in processing your personal data outweighs your interest in avoiding this processing. Data will be processed by Wihlborgs receptionists and individuals who are responsible for letting premises.

We will store your personal data for as long as it is relevant for you to let premises from us. Contact info@wihlborgs.se if you are no longer interested in renting premises from us and we will delete your data.
Events

The personal data you provided with your registration for a Wihlborgs event (name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) will be processed to provide information to you via email, on the basis of your registration and will be stored in our customer relations system. This processing is necessary for Wihlborgs to be able to meet our obligation to invite you to the event.
The contact information you provided will also be saved by Wihlborgs and processed when sending assessments and the like related to the event you have registered for, as well as for invitations to future events. We have deemed this processing necessary to fulfil our legitimate interest in following up our events and reaching out with invitations to new events, so long as this interest is not overridden by your interest in not receiving these types of follow ups and invitations.

We will store your personal data while we conduct relevant events. In the event that you inform Wihlborgs that you no longer wish to receive invitations, your data will be erased within one month from the time of your notification.
