Wihlborgs acquires property of 10 300 sqm in Carlsberg District
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement to acquire all commercial parts in the project Caroline Hus in Carlsberg District in Copenhagen. The property was completed in 2022 and offers modern office and retail premises in the heart of the vibrant and characterful district. The acquisition forms part of Wihlborgs’ strategy to expand in attractive and somewhat more central areas of Copenhagen where continued solid returns and development potential are expected.

2025 Year-end report: Investments deliver results
· Rental income increased 4 percent to SEK 4,354 million (4,174). · Operating surplus increased 4 percent to SEK 3,107 million (2,996). · Income from property management increased 14 percent to SEK 2,038 million (1,781), of which shares in JV earnings comprise SEK 90 million (12). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 2,220 million (1,706), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 7.22 (5.55). · The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 3.30 (3.20) per share.

Wihlborgs extends lease with Ericsson for 12,000 sqm in Lund
Ericsson has extended its lease at Bricks (Nya Vattentornet 3) on Mobilvägen at Ideon by six years. At the same time, a government agency has signed a lease for 1,000 sqm in the property, making it fully leased.

Wihlborgs signs agreement with Baravaragruppen for restaurant at Helsingborg C
Wihlborgs’ continued development of Helsingborg C (Terminalen 1) takes the next step as the Helsingborg-based restaurant and entertainment group Baravaragruppen AB establishes operations at the transport hub. In spring 2026, a new concept covering 600 square metres will open.

Wihlborgs signs lease agreement with the Swedish Transport Administration in central Lund
In the summer of 2026, the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) will move into newly built premises totalling 1,665 square metres in Posthornet 1, located in the Sockerbruket development area in central Lund. The lease agreement has a term of six years.

Media Evolution brings together innovation actors in Wihlborgs’ “Werket” – a new hub in Dockan
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with Media Evolution, which in autumn 2026 will expand its operations with 3,600 square metres at “Werket” (Skrovet 6) in Malmö. Here, Media Evolution will create a new hub for entrepreneurship, sustainable growth and futures-oriented work together with Malmö’s incubator Minc and the game development community Game Habitat.
