Wihlborgs takes possession of Castellum’s property portfolio in Skåne
Wihlborgs has today, as planned, taken possession of Castellum’s property portfolio in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. With a larger and more cohesive portfolio, Wihlborgs is better positioned to meet the needs of its tenants and continue developing the markets where the company already has a strong presence.

Wihlborgs signs leases in Berga, Helsingborg, totalling 3,500 square metres
Wihlborgs has signed several new leases in recent months with both new and existing tenants in Berga, a popular business and industrial area in northern Helsingborg. The tenants include two companies operating in the technology and industrial sectors, as well as Autoexperten, which is growing and expanding its operations.

Wihlborgs appoints new Regional Director for Helsingborg
Charlotte Norell has been appointed Regional Director for Wihlborgs in Helsingborg and will take up her position on 1 October. With extensive experience in the real estate industry, including valuation, analysis, strategy and transactions, she will bring additional perspectives and experience to the organisation and to the continued development of Wihlborgs’ operations in Helsingborg.

Fortnox expands with Wihlborgs in Malmö
Business software company Fortnox continues to grow in Malmö and has signed a seven-year lease with Wihlborgs for 3,700 square metres at Werket (Skrovet 6) in Dockan. This represents an expansion of approximately 2,300 square metres compared with the company’s current premises. The move-in is scheduled for late spring 2027.

Wihlborgs' acquisition of Castellum's South Sweden portfolio approved
The Swedish Competition Authority has approved Wihlborgs' previously announced acquisition of Castellum's property portfolio in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. As a result, all conditions for the transaction have been fulfilled and the acquisition can now be completed.

Wihlborgs leases 9,400 sqm to Weibel Scientific in the Greater Copenhagen area
Wihlborgs has signed a lease agreement with radar technology company Weibel Scientific A/S for approximately 9,400 square metres at the property located at Sortemosevej 2 in Allerød, north of Copenhagen. Occupancy will commence on 1 October 2026.

Interim report Jan-Jun 2026: Record rental income and operating surplus
· Rental income increased 8 percent to SEK 2.324 million (2.142). · Operating surplus increased 8 percent to SEK 1.664 million (1.544). · Income from property management increased 9 percent to SEK 1.077 million (978). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 850 million (883), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 2.76 (2.87).
