Wihlborgs signs agreement with the Swedish Prosecution Authority in central Lund
In the Sockerbruk area next to Lund Central, Wihlborgs is implementing the second phase of the Posthornet 1 new production project. The development will further develop the centrally located block through the addition of modern office premises. The Swedish Prosecution Authority has now signed a six-year lease for 2,300 square metres with a preliminary move-in date during the second quarter of 2026.

Wihlborgs welcomes law firm Delphi to Malmö’s historic building Börshuset
Delphi will become a part of a new era for Börshuset (Börshuset 1) when the law firm moves in to 1,600 square metres in 2026. The ongoing renovation will be completed by the end of 2025 and will preserve and highlight the building’s original character, while concurrently creating an attractive space for companies, Malmö residents and visitors.

Wihlborgs building new facility for NOTE Lund
Wihlborgs is constructing a 9,000 square metre facility for the electronics company NOTE Lund at Hasslanda (Stora Råby 32:22). The lease term is 15 years, with occupancy scheduled for 2026.

Wihlborgs signs agreement with Arm at Ideon in Lund
The rapidly growing chip design company Arm has signed a seven-year agreement for 5,700 square meters in Vätet 1 in the innovation district Ideon. Wihlborgs is now carrying out a renovation and extension of the Beta 1-2 buildings to modernize the property and further increase the attraction in the area.

Interim report Jan-Jun: Record high operating surplus
· Rental income increased 7 percent to SEK 2,072 million (1,935). · Operating surplus increased 7 percent to SEK 1,482 million (1,389). · Income from property management amounted to SEK 884 million (948). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 698 million (625), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 2.27 (2.03).

Malmö University leases 4,900 square metres from Wihlborgs for police training courses
Malmö University has signed an agreement for 4,900 square metres in the Dockan district of Malmö, where police candidates will undergo training starting in autumn 2025. The lease is for ten years.

The logistics company Instabee has signed an agreement for an additional 4,000 square metres at the Rubinen 8 property in the Ättekulla industrial area in Helsingborg.

Wihlborgs signs new leases for growing life science node Medeon in Malmö
The medical technology company Rubin Medical is set to move in to Medeon (Forskaren 1) in the summer and the existing tenant Swedencare is expanding at the same location. The leases encompass approximately 1,000 square metres.

Wihlborgs acquires office property at Hyllie station
Wihlborgs has acquired the Värdshuset 2 property above Hyllie station in Malmö, with a direct connection to Malmö Arena and the Emporia shopping centre. The property, with its smaller office premises, will become an important complement to Wihlborgs’ existing offering in the area.
