Wihlborgs starts the transformation of the historic Malmö Börshus
Malmö Börshus (Börshuset 1) is more than just a historic building and a symbol for trade and commerce in the city – it is also a central location through which some 50,000 people pass daily. Now Wihlborgs is starting a transformation that, after an extensive renovation, will showcase its character and history and at the same time open it up to become a more dynamic city space.

Interim report Jan-Mar 2023: Stable growth and continued customer focus
· Rental income increased 22 percent to SEK 971 million (795). · Operating surplus increased 20 percent to SEK 667 million (557). · Income from property management decreased 2 percent to SEK 457 million (467). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 255 million (816), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 0.83 (2.65).

Wihlborgs builds facility for Rollco in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the industrial company Rollco for construction of a new 3,600 m² facility at Snårskogen 5 in Väla Norra. The facility is set for completion in summer 2024 with an initial ten-year lease.

2022 Year-end report: Growth in core operations
· Rental income increased 9 percent to SEK 3,335 million (3,060). · Operating surplus increased 6 percent to SEK 2,331 million (2,195) · Income from property management increased 3 percent to SEK 1,861 million (1,815). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 2,288 million (3,348), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 7.44 (10.89).
