NP Innovation establishes headquarters and manufacturing facility at Wihlborgs in Malmö
NP Innovation, a company specializing in water treatment technology primarily for land-based aquaculture, will in December 2025 move its headquarters and expanding production operations to Wihlborgs’ premises in Fosie (Olsgård 8), Malmö. The lease covers 3,700 square metres and runs for five years.

Wihlborgs continues to refine its portfolio in Helsingborg through targeted acquisition and divestment
Wihlborgs has acquired the property Snårskogen 2 in Väla Norra, thereby strengthening its presence in the area, which now forms a dense cluster of properties. In connection with the acquisition, a ten-year lease agreement has been signed. At the same time, Wihlborgs has divested the properties Planteringen 1:8 and Planteringen 1:9 in the southern part of the city. The sale enables a stronger focus on the development of other properties in the area while also contributing to the city’s plans for future port operations.

Gaia Biomaterials expands with Wihlborgs in Helsingborg
Compostable cups at the Formula 1 final in Abu Dhabi, straws to the US, medical aprons, and shopping bags in grocery stores. Gaia Biomaterials in Helsingborg, which produces a chalk-based and sustainable alternative to plastic, is growing and expanding its premises by 2,300 sqm (Bunkalund Östra 8) in Ättekulla.

Lund University’s historical collections relocate to Wihlborgs’ new development in Hasslanda
The Historical Museum and the Museum of Artistic Process and Public Art (Skissernas Museum), which for some time have sought a long-term solution for eleven million historical objects and the world’s largest collection of sketches for public art, will move their “Open Collections” to new premises in Hasslanda (Surkålen 1, former Stora Råby 32:39) at the end of next year. The new storage facility meets the museums’ high requirements for climate adaptation, security, working environment, and accessibility for visitors.

Strong leasing quarter for Wihlborgs in Denmark following targeted development initiatives
During the second quarter, Wihlborgs signed several major lease agreements in Denmark. Active efforts to develop the property portfolio in areas such as Kastrup and Herlev are now yielding clear results, with companies like Tårnbyhuse and HL Display becoming tenants. Several existing tenants have also chosen to extend their leases and expand their premises.

Erikshjälpen relocates to Wihlborgs property in Västerbro, Lund
The non-profit organization Erikshjälpen Second Hand is relocating to the property Länsmannen 1 in the development area Västerbro in Lund. The new location will house the shop, donation drop-off, café, warehouse, and offices all under one roof – a setup that creates job opportunities for many. The move is planned for early 2026, with a strong emphasis on reusing furniture and materials from both the current and new premises.

On 1 April next year, municipally owned Sydvatten will move into Wihlborgs’ newly developed Vista building (Bläckhornet 1) in Hyllie, Malmö.

Interim report Jan-Jun 2025: Record quarter and growing results during the period
· Rental income increased 3 percent to SEK 2,142 million (2,072). · Operating surplus increased 4 percent to SEK 1,544 million (1,482). · Income from property management increased 12 percent to SEK 987 million (884). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 883 million (698), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 2.87 (2.27).
