Nyhamnen – a new district in Malmö
At Wihlborgs, we already own several properties in Nyhamnen, including Slagthuset, Magasinet, and our office buildings Sirius and Östersjön. We also own Kolga 4 on Jörgen Kocksgatan, as well as Söderhavet and Polstjärnan 1 and 2 along Carlsgatan. Nyhamnen is the area located north of Malmö Central Station, extending to the start of Västkustvägen in the east and including Posthusplatsen, Ångbåtsbron, Stockholmskajen, and Frihamnskajen. Its proximity to the city center and the central station has earned Nyhamnen to be called the most central location in southern Sweden.
