In west Berga, we are creating two new modern office and warehouse buildings with a considerable focus on flexibility. In Berga Flexhus, office space of between 230–510 m² can be combined with warehouse/light industrial premise of between 600–1,400 m², with a ceiling height of 10.5 metres.
