Through the co-owned finance company Nya Svensk FastighetsFinansiering AB, Wihlborgs Fastigheter will effectively reach the capital market through a secured MTN program. This is a way to cost-effectively broaden the base of the company's funding structure in a situation where the capital market has a great demand for corporate bonds.

Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB has established a so called Medium Term Note-program to allow for the issuance of senior unsecured corporate bonds. The program has a limit of SEK four billion.

Wihlborgs signs rental agreement at Knutpunkten, Helsingborg
Tyréns was the first tenant to sign up for space in the new extension at Knutpunkten, Helsingborg. The company is leasing a storey measuring 1,420 m2 and anticipates taking up occupancy at year-end 2015. The total area of the extension is 8,000 m2.
