Interim Report January-March 2016
Wihlborgs makes a strong start to the year
- Rental income increased by 6 percent to SEK 497 million (470)
- Operating surplus increased by 7 percent to SEK 354 million (332)
- Income from property management increased by 12 percent to
SEK 237 million (212) - Result for the period amounts to SEK 202 million (315), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 2.63 (4.10)

Wihlborgs lets office space to Aller media in Malmö
Aller media will move into approximately 3,500 m2 of office space on Östergatan in central Malmö − a premises that the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) will vacate during the summer. Occupation is expected by year-end 2016/17.

Wihlborgs sells in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has today entered into an agreement to sell the property Belgien Norra 19 in Helsingborg. The property will be sold to Jefast in the form of a company transaction. The agreed property price is SEK 187.5 million. Surrender will occur on 2 May 2016.

Wihlborgs sells property in Malmö
Wihlborgs has today entered into an agreement to sell the property Malmen 12 in Malmö. The property will be sold to Atrium Ljungberg in the form of a company transaction. The agreed property price is SEK 125 million. Surrender will occur on 2 May 2016.

The Nomination Committee’s proposals regarding members to the Board of Directors in Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB
The nomination committee in Wihlborgs, as appointed in accordance with the 2015 AGM’s decision, is formed by three members appointed by the three largest shareholders as per 31 August 2015 as well as one representative from the small shareholders. The nomination committee comprises Bo Forsén (Backahill), Anna Ohlsson-Leijon (SEB Funds), Eva Gottfridsdotter-Nilsson (Länsförsäkringar Funds) and Krister Eurén (small shareholders).

Wihlborgs has fully let its Knutpunkten property
Knutpunkten in Helsingborg is a meeting point for people who travel by bus, train and ferry, but also a workplace for 700 people. The extension of Knutpunkten by 9,000 m2 of office space and room for a further 500 people is now ready for occupation and fully let.
