Wihlborgs builds new office property in location close to the station
Wihlborgs is building an office property in one of Malmö’s new development areas, Nyhamnen. The Sirius property will accommodate workplaces for about 500 people whose workplaces will be in modern premises in a good commuting location close to Malmö Central Station.

Wihlborgs to modernise the cityscape at Lund Central Station
Wihlborgs is starting the new construction of an office property, Postterminalen 1, which will be the first large-scale addition of modern office premises in the private market, in central Lund, for many years. The property is located next to the municipality’s new office building, Kristallen, near the railway station and will accommodate about 600 workplaces.

Wihlborgs stronger than ever
- Rental income rose 3 percent to SEK 1,910 million (1,856)
- Operating surplus rose 3 percent to SEK 1,402 million (1,357)
- Income from property management rose 11 percent to SEK 932 million (839)
- Profit for the year totalled SEK 2,278 million (395), corresponding to earnings per share of 29.64 SEK (5.14)
- The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 5.25 (4.75)

Wihlborgs has acquired an office and warehouse property in Helsingborg. The property is located at Berga industrial park, an area where Wihlborgs has had large holdings for many years.

Wihlborgs strengthens its property portfolio in Copenhagen
Wihlborgs Fastigheter has acquired two strategically located properties in Copenhagen, more precisely in Glostrup and Høje-Taastrup. The acquisition means that Wihlborgs will strengthen its position in Copenhagen. The purchase price amounts to DKK 800 million.

Wihlborgs admitted to the Large Cap list
From 1 January 2016, Wihlborgs Fastigheter will belong to the Large Cap segment of the Stockholm Stock Exchange (Nasdaq Stockholm). Large Cap is the Stockholm Stock Exchange’s list for companies with a market capitalization in excess of EUR 1 billion.

Wihlborgs makes acquisition in Fosie, Malmö
Wihlborgs has acquired a strategically located office and industrial building at Yttre Ringvägen in Malmo. Sydsvenska Dagbladets AB is the tenant with a ten-year lease, and the property today contains Sydsvenskans printing office.

Wihlborgs has sold a property along Limhamnsvägen in Malmö, Bensinpumpen 1, in the form of a company sale to MKB Fastighets AB.The plot comprises an area of 9,000 m2 with 15,000 m2building rights for residential and preschools.
