The AGM in Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB will be held 23 April 2013 and the Election Committee proposes the following.

Wihlborgs buys land and sells two properties
Wihlborgs acquires 41,000 m2 planned land and creates with this new project opportunities at Väla in northern Helsingborg. The purchase price is SEK 10 million and possession will take place today 20th December.

Wihlborgs expands in Denmark
Through the acquisition of the property Lautrupvang 8, Wihlborgs continues to grow in Ballerup. The purchase price is DKK 97,5 million and the property will be taken into possession immediately. The vendor is Pfizer Aps.

Wihlborgs buys Östersjön 1
Trough a company transaction Wihlborgs has acquired the property Östersjön 1, situated at Carlsgatan in Malmö, for SEK 240,8 million. The property was constructed in 2001 and contains 8,300 m2 of modern office premises. It will be taken into possession during the first quarter 2013.

Wihlborgs’ Magasinet in Malmö fully let
As previously announced Wihlborgs has redeveloped an old storehouse in Nyhamnen, only a stone’s throw from the Central Station. With a prime location this unusual and exciting office environment is created under the project name Magasinet.

Wihlborgs grows in Fosie
Trough a company transaction Wihlborgs has acquired the property Olsgård 8 in Fosie, just outside Malmö, for SEK 33,8 million. The site area is 11,300 m2 and the building that was built in 2010 contains 3,700 m2 effective high bay storage and offices.

Wihlborgs appoint CFO
Wihlborgs Fastigheter has appointed Arvid Liepe as the Company’s new CFO. Arvid will take up his post on 1 February 2013. He succeeds Christer Johansson, who is retiring on 1 May 2013.

Wihlborgs market leader in growth
- Result for the period amounts to SEK 445 million (505), corresponding
to earnings per share of SEK 5.79 (6.57) - Rental income increased by 3.0 per cent to SEK 1,125 million (1,092)
- Continued positive net letting by SEK 30 million
- The operating surplus rose by 4.1 per cent to SEK 832 million (799)
- Income from property management increased by 3.1 per cent to
SEK 527 million (511) - For the whole of 2012 the pre-tax income from property management
is expected to exceed SEK 680 million

Election Committee prior to the 2013 AGM
The election committee in Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB is formed and based on ownership in Wihlborgs as of 30 September, 2012.

Wihlborgs wins environmental prize
At the ”Building Sustainability Sweden” conference, Wihlborgs Fastigheter was today named as one of the winners of the Sweden Green Building Awards 2012. Wihlborgs won its prize with its Polisen 3 building in Helsingborg, in the category “Existing buildings certified under GreenBuilding”.
