Wihlborgs issues secured bond
Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB has successfully issued a senior secured SEK 500m floating rate bond with a term of 18 months in the Swedish bond market. The bond carries an interest of 3 months STIBOR plus 120 basis points and has final maturity on January 12, 2015.

Wihlborgs signs new leases in Malmö
Wihlborgs has signed a lease with IT consulting company Tieto Sweden AB for 5,000 m2 of space in the Skrovet 5 building in Dockan, Malmö. At the same time, Wihlborgs has rented, to Nordea Bank, Tieto’s present 6,000 m2 premises in the Östersjön 1 building next to the Central Station.

Wihlborgs acquires whole of Ideon in Lund
Via a company transaction, Wihlborgs is to acquire Ikano Fastigheter’s property portfolio in Ideon, Lund, and will now become the sole property owner in Ideon. The acquisition comprises ten properties with a lettable area of approximately 63,000 m².

Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB: s (publ) AGM 2013
At Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB’s AGM on 23 April, the meeting agreed to the Board’s proposal for a dividend for 2012 of SEK 4.00 per share. The record date for receiving the dividend was set at Friday, 26 April 2013. Cash payment will be sent by Euroclear Sweden AB on Thursday, 2 May 2013.

Wihlborgs shows a positive start of the year
- Result for the period amounts to SEK 277 million (282), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 3.60 (3.67)
- Rental income increased by 4 per cent to SEK 397 million (380)
- Operating surplus increased by 2 per cent to SEK 273 million (267)
- Income from property management increased to SEK 165 million (164)
