Ulrika Hallengren takes over as Wihlborgs’ new CEO
Today, the Board of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB appointed Ulrika Hallengren as Wihlborgs’ new CEO. Moreover, the company’s former CEO Anders Jarl was appointed Chairman of the Wihlborgs Board by today’s Annual General Meeting.

Interim report Jan-Mar 2018: Wihlborgs continues to set new records
· Rental income rose 22 percent to SEK 668 million (549) · Operating surplus rose 19 percent to SEK 460 million (388) · Income from property management rose 25 percent to SEK 325 million (261) · Profit for the period totalled SEK 303 million (289), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 3.94 (3.76)

Wihlborgs — one of Sweden’s best workplaces
On Monday evening, the Great Place to Work organisation presented its list of Sweden’s Best Workplaces 2018. Wihlborgs was ranked 20 in the category for medium-sized companies in Sweden and is also the best company in Skåne in the class.

Andreas Ivarsson — new Director of Projects & Developments at Wihlborgs
Wihlborgs’ Director of Projects & Developments Ulrika Hallengren is to take over the role as CEO of Wihlborgs when Anders Jarl is proposed as Chairman. In conjunction with this, Andreas Ivarsson will become the new Director of Projects & Developments.
