Renewed agreement between ABB and Wihlborgs paves the way for Fosie’s continued development

ABB is continuing its tenancy with Wihlborgs by signing a ten-year lease for 7,700 m² at the Boplatsen 3 property in Fosie, Malmö. The agreement will create the preconditions for the continued development of the property and the area.

ABB has been a tenant at this address for more than 20 years, and the new, long lease agreement will give Wihlborgs the opportunity to modernise and develop the property. This will include the creation of a conference centre that can be used by ABB as well as other companies located in Fosie. The property already contains a popular breakfast and lunch restaurant.

Boplatsen 3, which is situated at Boplatsgatan 4-6, is strategically located in Fosie in southeast Malmö with direct connections to the inner and outer orbitals as well as the E65 motorway. Other tenants at the property include DHL, Carl Zeiss Vision, Skånemejerier and CGI.
