Wihlborgs signs lease with Exakta in Malmö
Exakta is currently one of Sweden’s leading graphic design groups, offering a number of conceptual, digital and printed communication-related services.
The business is a privately-owned limited company that is experiencing strong growth, both organic and through acquisitions. Concentrated in Malmö, Borås and Hässleholm, the operations employ around 260 people and generate sales of about SEK 500 million.
In January 2019, Exakta is moving its production into the Stenshuvud 3 property in the Norra Hamnen district of Malmö, and will also be moving its head office into the same property in October. Four divisions, all located at different sites in Malmö, will then be brought together and form one large unit in Norra Hamnen.
Malmö’s Norra Hamnen district is the perfect location, close to shipping, rail, and motorways; there are plans for a major expansion of the area, with continued investment in infrastructure and opportunities to establish operations.
