Wihlborgs ready to start construction at Science Village Scandinavia in Lund
Wihlborgs has acquired two sites at Science Village Scandinavia in north-east Lund, Sweden. The sites total approximately 4,700 m² of land area with development rights for about 12,000 m² of commercial space, including the district’s iconic building “Space,” which will house a hotel for researchers at Max IV and ESS.

Interim report Jan-Sep 2018: Strong quarter with increased earnings and historically low vacancies for Wihlborgs
- Rental income grew 16 percent to SEK 1,997 million (1,719)
- Operating surplus increased 14 percent to SEK 1,462 million (1,277)
- Income from property management rose 19 percent to SEK 1,051 million (884)
- Profit for the period totalled SEK 1,469 million (1,495), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 9.56 (9.73)
- EPRA NAV per share amounts to SEK 120.58 kr (105.72).

Wihlborgs breaks ground for Prisma — a unique building in Helsingborg’s new city district
Today, the first earth is turned for Prisma — Wihlborgs’ new office building in the Oceanhamnen district of Helsingborg. Its spectacular architecture together with its unique radiance and influences from Europe’s major cities will make Prisma a future city landmark. In autumn 2020, 11,000 m² of ultra-modern premises will be ready for occupancy.

Renewed agreement between ABB and Wihlborgs paves the way for Fosie’s continued development
ABB is continuing its tenancy with Wihlborgs by signing a ten-year lease for 7,700 m² at the Boplatsen 3 property in Fosie, Malmö. The agreement will create the preconditions for the continued development of the property and the area.

Wihlborgs supports initiative for board diversity
Today the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden will launch the “100 List” — an initiative to increase the proportion of women on company boards in southern Sweden. Wihlborgs welcomes the List and is supporting the initiative by hosting the launch event.
