Year-end report 2017: New record year for Wihlborgs
· Rental income rose 12 percent to SEK 2,275 million (2,030) · Operating surplus rose 13 percent to SEK 1,717 million (1,518) · Income from property management rose 14 percent to SEK 1,179 million (1,035). · Profit for the period totalled SEK 2,568 million (2,976), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 33.41 (38.72) · The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 6.25 (5.75) per share, and a two-for-one share split

Ulrika Hallengren proposed as Wihlborgs’ new CEO
Ahead of the Annual General Meeting of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB on 25 April 2018, the Nomination Committee proposed the election of Wihlborg’s current CEO, Anders Jarl, as Executive Chairman of the company. With the prerequisite that the AGM resolve in line with the proposal, the Board of Wihlborgs intends to appoint the current Director of Projects & Developments, Ulrika Hallengren, as the company’s new CEO commencing 1 May 2018.

Wihlborgs acquires property in central Helsingborg
Through a company transaction on 30 November, Wihlborgs acquired the Kalifornien 11 property in central Helsingborg, thereby further strengthening its position in the area. The property is located adjacent to the Knutpunkten transport node.

Wihlborgs relocates head office to Gängtappen
During the summer, Wihlborgs is relocating its head office to the Gängtappen property in Dockan. The company’s Malmö organisation and its central staff functions, some 60 employees in total, will move into the historic building.

Wihlborgs acquires property in Fosie, Malmö
Today, Wihlborgs acquired and took possession of the Olsgård 7 property in Fosie, thereby further strengthening its position in the area. Fosie occupies a strategic location between Malmö’s inner and outer orbitals and has direct links with the motorway network.
