Wihlborgs builds new premises for Doka Sweden in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with Doka Sverige AB for new construction of a facility spanning 2,200 m² at Snårskogen 5 in north Väla in Helsingborg. The facility, which is scheduled for occupancy in the beginning of 2023, will house warehouses and offices for business operations in southern Sweden.

Wihlborgs signs lease with Element Logic at Ideon in Lund
The technology and intralogistics company Element Logic will relocate its head office to Nya Vattentornet 2 (Node) in summer 2022. The agreement is for 1,300 m² and will meet the growing company’s need for attractive premises and increased visibility.

Wihlborgs acquires property in Birkerød
Wihlborgs has acquired the Bregnerødvej 140-144 property in Birkerød, Rudersdal Municipality, north of Copenhagen. The property will be Wihlborgs’ fourth in the same municipality.

Wihlborgs wins sustainable building prize at Sweden Green Building Awards
On Tuesday evening, the Wihlborgs property Syret 6 in Lund was awarded the Årets Miljöbyggnad iDrift (sustainable building operation of the year) prize by the Sweden Green Building Council (SGBC). Wihlborgs is currently the property owner with the most SGBC In-Use certified office properties.

Wihlborgs acquires property in Herlev
Wihlborgs has acquired the Vasekær 10-12 property in Herlev, Denmark. When the seller, Terma A/S, vacates the property on 30 June next year, Wihlborgs will begin redeveloping the property, turning it into a modern and flexible office building.

Inyett – new tenant at Wihlborgs’ Prisma office building in Helsingborg
In April 2022, the fintech company Inyett will move to new premises of 580 square metres at the Prisma (Ursula 1) office building in Oceanhamnen, Helsingborg. As such, the iconic office building is soon fully let.

BUP moves to modern, tailored premises with Wihlborgs in central Helsingborg
When Region Skåne’s Child and adolescent psychiatry (Barn- och ungdomspsykiatri, BUP) move in to the Hermes 10 building in Helsingborg at the end of 2022, they are moving to tailored, functional and centrally located premises. The former industrial property is continuing its transformation to provide a home to new businesses.

Interim report Jan-Sep: Continued recovery of the office market
· Rental income amounted to SEK 2,290 million (2,323), of which SEK 64 million comprised a one-off termination fee. · Operating surplus amounted to SEK 1,658 million (1,699). · Income from property management amounted to SEK 1,372 million (1,411). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 1,680 million (1,528), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 10.93 (9.94).
