Magnus Prochéus leaves Wihlborgs to become Property Director for the city of Helsingborg
Magnus Prochéus, Regional Director in Malmö and member of Wihlborgs’ Group Management, has been appointed Property Director for the City of Helsingborg and is therefore stepping down from his role at Wihlborgs.

Wihlborgs signs lease with Atkins and the law firm WSA at Prisma, Helsingborg
The design, engineering and project-management consultancy Atkins signed an agreement for 730 m² at Prisma, Wihlborgs’ new office building in Helsingborg. Wesslau Söderqvist Advokatbyrå (WSA) also recently signed a contract for 420 m².

Wihlborgs signs leases in southern Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has just signed two major agreements in southern Helsingborg. Lucu Food is opening a 3,000 m² grocery store on Landskronavägen and Medea AB is occupying 4,000 m² in Ättekulla.

Interim report Jan–Sep 2020: Continued increase in income from property management and a strong position for Wihlborgs
- Rental income increased 5 percent to SEK 2,323 million (2,218)
- Operating surplus increased 5 percent to SEK 1,699 million (1,615)
- Income from property management increased 7 percent to SEK 1,411 million (1,319)
- Profit for the period totalled SEK 1,528 million (1,377), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 9.94 (8.96)

Interim report Jan–June 2020: Wihlborgs delivers stable results and a strong balance sheet
- Rental income increased by 5 percent to SEK 1,548 million (1,475)
- The operating surplus rose by 6 percent to SEK 1,125 million (1,063)
- Income from property management increased by 7 percent to SEK 934 million (873)
- Profit for the period amounted to SEK 708 million (927), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 4.61 (6.03)

Wihlborgs sells housing development rights in Dockan, Malmö
Today, on 17 June, Wihlborgs has signed an agreement for the sale of the Torrdockan 7 property in Malmö with planning permission for around 170 homes and 700 m² of commercial space.
