A New Chapter for Werket
Right by Klaffbron, where the new Dockan meets the historic Varvsstaden, we’re bringing new life to the former Televerket building – now becoming Werket. The property is being transformed with care for both people and materials, taking shape as a vibrant and welcoming place.
The ground floor will open up to activity and movement, with shared services such as meeting rooms and a café. The courtyard will be upgraded, and nearby you'll find restaurants and local services. Combined with the proximity to Malmö University and Malmö Central Station, Werket becomes a natural choice for businesses seeking a workplace in motion.
Focus on reuse
The transformation of Werket is centered on reuse. By utilizing materials already on site, we reduce our climate impact and show how older buildings can be brought back to life – without wasting new resources.

A café is planned within the building, and the surrounding area offers a range of services including restaurants, a healthcare center, and a gym.
