We are bringing new life to Motorhallen in Dockan! This former Kockums workshop building is now being revitalized and transformed. The property is currently undergoing a conversion into a 2 900 sqm preschool.

The planned preschool will be a two-story building, housing 12 preschool departments and accommodating 240 children. It will be surrounded by a large 6 000 sqm outdoor play area. Construction will start in January 2026 and move-in in summer 2027.
