Wihlborgs’ growth continues
- Result for the period amounts to SEK 112 million (629), per share SEK 1,46 (8,18)
- Rental income increased by 16 percent to SEK 930 million (800)
- Operating surplus increased by 17 percent to SEK 671 million (575)
- Income from property management increased by 18 percent to SEK 415 million (351).
“Wihlborgs again reports a strong quarter, with income from property management at its highest-ever level”, says Anders Jarl, Chief Executive Officer, Wihlborgs Fastigheter. “We can also confirm that we are succeeding in keeping our costs under control as we grow.”
“The net letting remained positive, at SEK 8 million, for the twenty-sixth consecutive quarter. The rental market remains somewhat watchful in Malmö and Helsingborg, but is all the more active in Lund”, continues Anders.
“We have several projects in progress and these, along with the projects we have in the pipeline, position us well for the future”, concluded Anders Jarl.
