Wihlborgs Year-end report 2011

  • Rental income increased by 12 per cent to SEK 1,445 million (1,294)
  • Operating surplus increased by 13 per cent to SEK 1,042 million (921)
  • Income from property managment increased by 9 per cent to SEK 656 million (604)
  • The result for the year amounted to SEK 665 million (922), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 8.65 (12.05)
  • The Board proposes a dividend of SEK 3.75 (3.50)

“We see no signs of a downturn in the rental market. Demand for good premises remains strong in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg”, says CEO Anders Jarl of Wihlborgs Fastigheter. “The net rental surplus continues to be positive, with SEK 66 million for the full year 2011 of which SEK 3 million for the fourth quarter”.

 ”Our business continues to grow, income from property management was SEK 656 million and profit from project development totalled SEK 300 million in 2011”, says Anders Jarl.

 ”Wihlborgs’ Board proposes an increased share dividend of SEK 3.75 at the AGM on 26 April. The proposal will mean an increase of 7.1 per cent”, concludes Anders Jarl.
