Sydvatten to relocate to Wihlborgs’ “Vista” in Hyllie

Sydvatten is a municipally owned company that supplies drinking water to one million residents in western Skåne. The company is already based in Hyllie and will relocate in spring 2026 to Vista – the first building to greet travellers arriving from Denmark via the Öresund Bridge.

The lease covers 820 square metres and runs for seven years.

It has already been announced that Mercedes-Benz Sweden, Mercedes-Benz Finans and Sciber will be tenants in the building. Additionally, the workspace provider International Working Group (IWG) will offer offices, meeting rooms, co-working and services, and Laziza will open a restaurant.

The mobility hub on the lower floors of Vista was completed at the end of 2024 and includes approximately 450 parking spaces, charging stations, car and bike pool solutions as well as bike parking with a changing room and showers.

The building will be certified according to the Sweden Green Building Council’s Gold, WELL and NollCO2 certifications. Vista won the Miljöbyggnad of the Year award at the Sweden Green Building Awards 2024.
