Nowaste Logistics expands to new property in Helsingborg – leases 6,200 sqm from Wihlborgs
Nowaste Logistics is one of the leading third-party logistics companies in the Nordic region, with specialist expertise in automation, IT, and management. The company already leases premises from Wihlborgs in Helsingborg, and the latest agreement covers three years with possession starting 1 March 2026.
Plåtförädlingen 11 is located in Hamncity, a modern logistics and industrial area in southern Helsingborg. The site combines proximity to the container port, the E4/E6 highways, and public transport with properties tailored to modern business operations. Ongoing urban development in southern Helsingborg, including the planned new container port, is expected to further enhance the area’s long-term attractiveness.

The property is strategically located directly by the port and is rail-connected, allowing for loading and unloading of rail wagons – a capacity we see increasing demand for.
