Wihlborgs lets 2,000 m² in Jägersro

Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the investment company Sandberg Development AB for 2,000 m² at the Rosengård 130:403 property in Jägersro in Malmö. The lease is for three years, with occupancy scheduled for 1 September 2022.

The family-owned Sandberg Development has been active in Malmö for over 60 years and is engaged with companies such as Granuldisk, Aimpoint, Rescue Intellitech and GAIM.

The Rosengård 130:403 property is on Agnesfridsvägen, in the middle of the attractive and growing area of Jägersro.
