Wihlborgs adds more agreements for Raffinaderiet 3 in Lund

Raffinaderiet 3 is a historic listed property in a prime location near Lund Central Station. Sustainable reuse and redevelopment with respect has enabled retention of the old sugar refinery’s original industrial identity at the same time as we created modern, functional offices. Wihlborgs has signed four leases with new tenants, who will all move in by the end of 2022.

Genetor Coworking is one of the new tenants. The company started in Helsingborg in 2019 and is now a premium office hotel. Genetor offers several different possibilities, such as flexible day pass system, office rooms and fixed desks, that make it easy for companies to customise workplaces to their needs and to access conference and meeting premises. The system has proven successful during the pandemic. Today Genetor is a Wihlborgs tenant at Helsingborg Central and Elverket in Helsingborg and at Raffinaderiet 3, Genetor will be leasing close to 900 m².

Other Raffinaderiet 3 tenants are:

· Symetri AB – creates tailor-made digital solutions for BIM, product design and life cycle management and is part of the listed Addnode Group, an international information technology company with 1,500 employees in 17 countries.
· InterTLC AB – part of the TLC Group and manufactures steel stairs, platforms and temporary safety systems for the industrial and construction sectors, with over 10,000 m² of product space in Poland.
· N yoga studio – a successful local yoga studio that has been in business for four years and that now needs to expand to larger premises as a result of a growing circle of customers and a strong community.
