Cdon moves to Wihlborgs

Wihlborgs has signed a lease with Cdon for 2,000 m² at Baltzar City in central Malmö.

Baltzar City is located at the junction of Södergatan and Baltzargatan. On the ground floor there are stores, such as Stadium, Malene Birger, Bitte Kai Rand, Holy Greens and others. The remaining floors comprise office premises with tenants including Skandia, Espresso House, Twilio and Resurs Bank. Cdon will move in on 1 October.

“We are looking forward to the move to Baltzar City. Here, we get state-of-the-art premises in an absolutely prime location in Malmö close to communications and the wide range of restaurants and stores available in the city centre. Together with Wihlborgs, we are creating an attractive workplace for our employees,” says Magnus Fredin, CEO of Cdon.

“We have noted considerable interest in Baltzar City, which is a modern property at the very centre of Malmö, only a few minutes from the central station. Cdon is an exciting company, and we are delighted to welcome them to Wihlborgs,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.

Baltzar City contains an additional 1,400 m² of vacant office space.
