Wihlborgs signs lease with Region Skåne in Helsingborg
“We are pleased to be able to expand our partnership with Region Skåne, which is already a major tenant of Wihlborgs. Under the agreement we will be creating modern premises for a cardiac centre in an easily accessible central location,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
The premises are located on the top floor of the property with views of the Öresund channel and central Helsingborg.
