Wihlborgs’ Magasinet in Malmö fully let
As previously announced Wihlborgs has redeveloped an old storehouse in Nyhamnen, only a stone’s throw from the Central Station. With a prime location this unusual and exciting office environment is created under the project name Magasinet.
Wihlborgs has now signed a lease for the remaining 1,600 m2 office space in the building. ArjoHuntleigh AB is letting the second floor and they will move into the premises during quarter 2, 2013. Since the beginning of 2012 their international headquarters is situated in Malmö.
“ArjoHuntleigh is a global supplier of integrated solutions for patient mobility and they move their research and development units from Eslöv and Lund to Malmö”, says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
“We are very pleased that ArjoHuntleigh is moving into Magasinet where they will have the entire 2nd floor at their disposal”, continues Anders Jarl. “And by this letting the property Magasinet is fully leased. Previously, we have signed agreements with LRF Media and Jayway.”
