Wihlborgs buys land and sells two properties
Wihlborgs acquires 41,000 m2 planned land and creates with this new project opportunities at Väla in northern Helsingborg. The purchase price is SEK 10 million and possession will take place today 20th December.
Wihlborgs has sold the property Arholma 4 in Rydebäck located south of Helsingborg. The lettable area is 1,900 m² and possession of the property took place on 7 December 2012.
The property Vipan 7 in Malmö has also been sold. It is a small office building with a lettable area of 1,000 m2. Possession takes place on 15 January 2013.
The sales price for the two properties totals SEK 27 million.
“These are small properties and are best managed by smaller private real estate owners”, says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
