Wihlborgs hires out more in Magasinet in Malmö
As previously announced Wihlborgs is redeveloping an old storehouse in Nyhamnen, only a stone’s throw from the Central Station. With a prime location this unusual and exciting office environment is created under the project name Magasinet.
Wihlborgs has signed a lease with the IT Consulting-firm Jayway for 1,500 m² of office space. It is a 5-year lease agreement and they will move in at the turn of 2012/2013.
”We are very pleased that Jayway is moving into Magasinet with the entire 3th floor at their disposal,” says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
”With the two top floors already leased we can now offer the second floor to interested companies,” concludes Anders Jarl.
”Jayway is an expanding company and Wihlborgs has several office premises, therefore we expect to grow further without changing property owner,” says Mats Weidmar CEO of Jayway Innovation.
