Sparbanken Öresund leases more space from Wihlborgs in Malmö
Wihlborgs has signed a new lease with Sparbanken Öresund to let around an additional 1,000 sq. m. of office space at Kranen 1 in the Dockan area of Malmö, which has been the head office of the bank since November 2010. The bank will take possession of the new premises on 1 April 2012.
“Space vacated by the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) is now going to be used for the continued growth of the bank,” said Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
“Dockan is the most attractive office area in Skåne, which is confirmed by the fact that Wihlborgs has virtually no vacant space available in the area,” added Anders Jarl.
