Wihlborgs sells in Arlöv and Åkarp
Wihlborgs has sold the office property Åkarp 1:83 and the industry properties Tågarp 16:25 and 16:26 in Arlöv. The date of possession for all properties is March 31 2011.
The sales price for the three properties amounts to SEK 38 million, which corresponds to the latest market valuation and exceeds the total invested amount by SEK 6 million.
”These are small properties and are best managed by smaller private real estate owners” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
