Wihlborgs hiring out in Lund
Wihlborgs has signed an extended lease agreement with
Scalado for an additional area of 1,200 m2 at Ideon in Lund. Their
current lease at Ideon is 1,800 m2. The enlargement can be done owing
to ST-Ericsson's reduction of their area in the building. Scalado is a
developer of image processing software for mobile phones.
- Ideon’s concept enables companies to grow without moving. We are therefore glad that we were able to meet with Scalado’s expansion plans at Ideon when they now expands their activities and recruits staff, says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
Wihlborgs has also signed two lease agreements in the western part of Lund. The new tenants are Rockwell and Shire who together rent a total of 920 m2.
