Wihlborgs hiring out in Denmark
Wihlborgs has signed lease agreements for a total of 5,000 m2 within the properties Hørkær 16-28 in Herlev and Lauptrupvang 12 in Ballerup. New tenants are CDRator A/S and IDG Danmark A/S. Possession will take place as of 1 July 2010. The rental value for both agreements totals SEK 6,3 million/year.
– The rental market in Denmark has been significantly slower than on the Swedish side of Öresund, says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB. It is therefore particularly gratifying that we have succeeded with these two rentals.
