On the Galoppen 1 property in Fosie, we are constructing a new facility for the food company Caldic Ingredients Nordic. The 10,000 sqm facility will include laboratories, production areas, warehouses, and offices.
New environmentally certified facility for Caldic
We are now constructing a new, efficiently designed environmentally certified building for Caldic Ingredients Nordic. The 10,000 sqm facility is planned to be certified at the SGBC Gold level and will house both offices and a production facility. Caldic is one of the world’s leading suppliers of specialty ingredients for food, personal care, and industrial products.
The new site will bring together the Nordic headquarters and two food production facilities under one roof. Globally, the company has approximately 4,000 employees, while its Nordic operations have offices in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. The new facility will accommodate around 90 jobs and move-in took place in September 2025.
