New facility for Note Lund

At Hasslanda, we are building a new facility of approximately 9,000 sqm for the electronics company NOTE Lund. The new building will include offices, production, and warehouse space, with the goal of achieving certification according to Miljöbyggnad Gold. The building comprises a total of 11,900 sqm, allowing space for additional tenants.

Hasslanda is a business area in Lund that has developed in connection with the construction of the new exit to the E22. The area is located between Gastelyckan to the north and the municipal border of Staffanstorp to the south. The property Surkålen 1 is located at the southernmost part of the area, close to the on-ramp to the E22—an ideal location for businesses within warehousing, logistics, and production.
