Wihlborgs to construct a 6,400 m² facility for Inpac in Lund

In the autumn, Wihlborgs will start construction of a new industrial facility at Tomaten 1 in Hasslanda in Lund for the contract manufacturer Inpac. The building is set for completion in autumn 2023 with an initial 15-year lease.


Inpac is a Nordic company with experience and expertise in the contract manufacturing of probiotics, food supplements and pharmaceuticals and has been a client of Wihlborgs since 2008. Operations handle products that are sensitive to high temperatures and humidity, which sets stringent requirements on the design and standard of the premises.

The new facility at Hasslanda commercial area, south of Gastelyckan, is 6,400 m² and will comprise offices, warehouses, production and technical facilities. The total investment will amount to SEK 137 million.

Keeping operations in Lund and being able to continue our excellent partnership with Wihlborgs provides us with excellent prospects moving forward,” says Henrik Nyberg, CEO of Inpac.
