Wihlborgs lets 4,200 square metres at Ideon in Lund

The activities of the MAX IV national laboratory are expanding and thus so is their need for office space. Lund University is therefore renting 1,000 square metres in Cube on behalf of MAX IV, primarily for support functions and also for remote research and monitoring.

Other tenants who have recently signed leases at the property include a SaaS (Software as a Service) company that develops e-commerce solutions on an AI-based platform, which is leasing 2,100 square metres with occupancy on 1 August 2022, and a software provider, which is leasing 1,100 square metres with occupancy on 1 January 2023.

Cube, which was designed by architect Gert Wingårdh, was completed in 2007 and is environmentally certified to LEED Gold. Companies that base their operations here will neighbour with technology companies such as Sony, Schneider Electric, Sigma Connectivity and Element Logic.
