Wihlborgs has signed leases with new and existing customers in Slagthuset 1 and Erik Menved 37, close to Malmö Central Station.
Veg of Lund and Eolus Vind will be new tenants in Slagthuset 1, leasing 270 and 550 m², respectively. Veg of Lund was founded as recently as 2021 and develops food based on potatoes and rapeseed oil.
The existing customer Pulsen Integration AB, an IT company that is part of the Pulsen Group, is expanding its lease to 480 m².
Slagthuset has been renovated over the past few years and is a part of Nyhamnen, which is undergoing a transformation from an old industrial area to a vibrant seaside city district. The award-winning co-working company Mindpark has occupied the bottom three floors since 2020.
In Erik Menved 37, which is also only a stone’s throw away from Malmö Central Station, Presto Brandsäkerhet AB will become a new tenant, leasing 900 m² with occupancy now in December. Meanwhile, Byggadministration Harald Olsson AB is expanding its lease by 350 m².
