Wihlborgs signs leases in Prisma, Helsingborg

Assistansbolaget will be occupying 600 m² on the top floor of Prisma. The company’s office is currently in smaller premises on the top floor of Terminalen 1, above Helsingborg Central Station.

The auditing and advisory firm KPMG will be occupying 335 m² in Prisma. Its current office is at Terminalen 4, adjacent to Helsingborg Central Station.

Helsingborg’s new tech hub HETCH has already signed a lease for 1,900 m² on the lower floors of Prisma, with an option for another 1,800 m². HETCH will also work as the building’s heart and provide a welcome service and meeting point. Wihlborgs has also let 700 m² to the accounting and consulting firm EY. 

Prisma is the first office building that will be finished in Oceanhamnen and at year-end 2020, 11,000 m² of first-class office space will be ready for occupancy.
