Wihlborgs' acquisition of Castellum's South Sweden portfolio approved

Wihlborgs notified the Swedish Competition Authority of the acquisition on 14 July 2026. The Authority has decided to clear the transaction without intervention. The approval was one of the conditions for the transaction announced on 26 June 2026 (https://www.wihlborgs.se/en/investor-relations/press-releases/2026/wihlborgs-agrees-to-acquire-castellums-south-sweden-portfolio/).

Closing is scheduled for 1 October 2026.
