Genetor expands with Wihlborgs at Helsingborg Central Station

Genetor Coworking, which currently conducts operations on two floors of Helsingborg Central Station (Terminalen 1), has signed a contract with Wihlborgs for an additional floor of nearly 900 m². Occupancy will take place at the end of 2023.  

Genetor Coworking was established in 2019 and currently has operations in central areas of Helsingborg, Malmö, and soon Hyllie and Lund. The company has a premium concept with several types of co-working solutions.

The expansion at Helsingborg Central Station from 2,200 m² to a total of 3,100 m² will comprise the top floor, with large glazing sections and views across the city and the strait. An internal elevator will be built connecting the floors.

The co-working company is essentially at full capacity in western Skåne and notes a need from many of its existing customers to expand.

“It is important for us to be able to offer attractive premises at central addresses with good connections, and we can truly do this at Helsingborg Central Station. We want to offer the best possible service from these attractive premises, but also the opportunity of networking and discovering new business opportunities. Our customers are also granted central Helsingborg’s broad range of stores, restaurants and culture right on their doorstep,” says Marie Willstrand, Business Developer at Genetor Coworking.
