Wihlborgs lets 2,000 m2 in central Helsingborg

Wihlborgs has signed a lease with a new tenant for 2,000 m² at Hermes 10 in central Helsingborg. At the same time, work is ongoing with the creation of a clearer identity for the property.

The new tenant, who operates in the financial sector, will move in in October. Other tenants in Hermes 10 include Campus Helsingborg, IKEA, City of Helsingborg, Capgemini and WSP. Another tenant is Mindpark, a co-working operation with around 75 companies and entrepreneurs, conference and meeting rooms of different sizes, event spaces, a café, and business incubators and accelerators. Wihlborgs acquired Hermes 10 encompassing a total of 51,000 m² in April 2019 and work is now underway to create a clearer identity for the property.
