Wihlborgs expands letting to Danish armed forces

Wihlborgs has signed a new lease with the Danish armed forces for an expansion of 4,600 m².

The Danish armed forces has already rented just over 10,000 m² in the Lautruphøj 8–10 property in Ballerup. Now they have expanded their letting by another 4,600 m² with occupancy scheduled for 1 July 2020.

The property, totalling 15,000 m², is now 100 percent let to the armed forces and the Danish state until 2025.

Lautruphøj 8–10 is one of Wihlborgs’ largest properties, centrally located in Lautrupparken in Ballerup – one of Greater Copenhagen’s most attractive and successful business districts. The property is directly connected to ring roads, with good access to public transportation and is only 16 kilometres from Rådhusplatsen in Copenhagen.

“We’re pleased to be able to continue to develop our productive partnership with the armed forces and the Danish state. We’ve had a large number of public sector tenants and we’re well prepared to participate in the continued development of these operations, exactly like with our commercial tenants,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
