Wihlborgs signs lease with EY at Prisma, Helsingborg
Oceanhamnen is a completely new city district that is currently being constructed with a mix of offices and housing. This is where Wihlborgs is building the Prisma office building, the area’s icon, with the exciting tech hub HETCH at the building’s heart. In the fourth quarter of 2020, EY are moving some 50 employees into the fourth floor at Prisma.

Prisma was designed by Erik Giudice Architects, who were inspired by the light, the views toward Denmark and the constantly moving ferries. The result is a building with graceful, maritime lines, an airy atmosphere and a playful facade. With the tech hub Hetch at its heart, this will be a unique building encompassing an exciting mix of tech start-ups and established companies.
