Wihlborgs grows in Fosie
Trough a company transaction Wihlborgs has acquired the property Olsgård 8 in Fosie, just outside Malmö, for SEK 33,8 million. The site area is 11,300 m2 and the building that was built in 2010 contains 3,700 m2 effective high bay storage and offices.
The property is fully let to AB Karosseritillbehör on a 10-year lease in which eight years remains. It will be taken into possession immediately.
